Our brief from the client with this project was to add a second storey master bedroom, ensuite, robe and study. The downstairs portion of the project was to create a comfortable outdoor living space. This is the reason why the extension comes out over the backyard. Costs were kept to a minimum without having to change too much with the existing single level home.
