2 New Architect Designed Villas.
Our latest high end knock down and rebuild. A contemporary brand new waterfront masterpiece. This property is a brand new architect-designed 50 square residence of inspired interior design, striking architecture and quality execution.
A waterfront block with canal, river, hinterland and skyline views , with a fully tiled pool, alfresco barbecue kitchen, secure under deck storage, study zone with floating desk, glass wine room with mirrored wall, media lounge room, integrating open-plan living and dining space. Features include ducted air conditioning, 8 zone security system, gas hot water and a low-lying real flame fireplace on a stunning marble slab.

A 1980's built brick veneer home in Broadbeach Waters. We designed the second storey with a complete renovation to the existing building. Second storey, raised ceilings and outdoor alfresco space were the keys to a new look and feel for the home.

Another major renovation, we demolished the house back to the existing slab. The design concept from our client was to capture the Western views down the main river. The home now has approximately 50 squares of modern living and style.

This was a 1960's two storey house. The project included raising the back two storey portion and adding all the front extenions. The project took approximately 6 months to complete with pool and landscaping. The house later sold and reached the highest price in the area at the time of sale.

Our company took this project on after the previous builders had gone into liquidation. The architectural design was ambitious and extraordinary. Many issues were overcome to achieve the result you see here.

Our brief from the client with this project was to add a second storey master bedroom, ensuite, robe and study. The downstairs portion of the project was to create a comfortable outdoor living space. This is the reason why the extension comes out over the backyard. Costs were kept to a minimum without having to change too much with the existing single level home.

A well built 1970's two storey home, renovated and brought into the 21st century. The project included full house update / renovation and an add on of a carport and kitchen extension.

One of our all time favourite projects. A brand new built country home for a wonderful country family. 3 bed, 2 bath, 2 living areas with enormous deck overlooking the backyard.

2000 square meter tin shed renovated and transformed with all new front facades, gardens, fencing and internal offices remodelled to suit the owners timber business.
